About LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit)

Our community includes only LIHTC income-restricted apartments. LIHTC homes are reserved for households under specified income limits and typically offer lower rents than comparable market-rate homes. Owners qualify for tax credits in exchange for maintaining affordability and compliance.
